Mood Tracker

4 Feb

Use this website to keep track of your mood, sleep cycle, and meds. It provides you with bar graphs that integrate all of these so you can spot elevations or depressions in mood and how they relate to sleep, med intake, and (if applicable) your menstrual cycle. You can create an account for free or opt to upgrade for fancier tracking tools. I have found this tremendously helpful not only for keeping track of my moods but for staying mindful of my sleep hygiene, remembering to take my medication, and staying aware of the relationship between my menses and my mental malfunctions.
